Seaweed
That seaweed called "mococho" is an important source of vitamins. In Perú "mococho" is used in some typical foods. When I was a child I didn't like to eat it.

Esa alga llamada mococho es una importante fuente de vitaminas. En Perú el mococho es usado en algunas comidas típicas. Cuando era niño no me gustaba comerla.

El "mococho" es un alga que vive cerca a las costa norte de Perù. It`s also named as "yuyo". Has a dark green color. Eaten fresh and thouroghly washed tastes delicious with seafood and bolied corn. It`s texture is like a fresh land vegetable, a little crunchy too.
When visiting Peru you can have it in seafood restaurants.
