A castle?

This building is occupied only in the first floor, there you can find some shops but the upper floors are dessert. When I tried to go up, the people of first floor didn't let me. The thing is that those floors and windows seemed to be occupied for ghosts or strange people.

Este edificio está ocupado sólo en el primer piso, allí tú puedes encontrar algunas tiendas pero los pisos superiores están desiertos. Cuanco intenté subir, la gente del primer piso no me lo permitió. La cosa es que esos pisos y ventanas parecían ser ocupados por fantasmas o gente extraña.
