Yesterday were given the results of Photobloggies 2007 ( http://2007.photobloggies.org/ ) and the photoblog http://www.ojorojo.info/ was chosen by the judges as the best photoblog of Latin America and my photoblog was one of the eight finalists. From here I wanna congratulate to "Ojo rojo" which it's a peruvian blog too. But I also wanna thank to all the friends, peruvian and foreign visitors and the rest of anonymous people that supported my photoblog in this 10 months. The Ganoza House

Classical Downtown

The House Ganoza belonged to the family of the same last name. This place maintains great part of the original furniture and walls. As you walk through the rooms, you will notice the smell of old wood. This house should be open to people and tourists, but it only happens usually.

The House of Emancipation

This big hall belongs to one of the most historic houses of Trujillo: the House of Emancipation. In this house began the planning for peruvian freedom from the spanish domain. Now this big room is used for expositions and it is located in downtown Trujillo, near the main square. It has a colony style with the classic arabic ceiling.
