Sara works everyday, she helps her mother selling newspapers. Jorge has a tricycle and he works distibuting coca cola and other sodas. He goes to bars and shops and offer his products. One day Sara felt so thirsty and called Jorge for a coca cola. Jorge gave her one bottle as a gift. Since that day they meet -after work- at 8:00 pm, but today in St. Valentine's Day Jorge arrived suddenly until Sara's place. He is inviting her to go to the movies. He will take chocolates and will kiss her so much during the film. This one of the most ussual ways young people celebrate this holiday in Perú.

Sara trabaja ese día, ella ayuda a su madre vendiendo periódicos. Jorge tiene un triciclo y trabaja distribuyendo coca cola y otras gaseosas. Él va a bares y tiendas y ofrece sus productos. Un día Sara sintió mucha sed y llamó a Jorge por una coca cola. Jorge le dió una botella como regalo. Desde ese día ellos se encuentran -después de trabajar- a las 8:00 pm, pero hoy en el Día de San Valentín Jorge llegó repentinamente al puesto de Sara. Él la está invitando a ir al cine. Llevará chocolates y la besará mucho durante la película. Ésta es una de las maneras más usuales de la juventud de celebrar esta ocasión en Perú.

Jose Watanabe was born in Laredo (Trujillo) in 1946 and died last April 25th. A known and dangerous illness took him to a better world than this, his poetry marked positively the inspiration of young peruvian writers. His andean mother and japanese father left him a creative legacy, he grew in it and with it.
